Terms of sale
The rules of the contract between you and us. The selling company is incorporated in the United Kingdom, so the contract is governed by English law, but the consumer rights the law grants you in your country of residence still stand.
Who sells
The seller is Topstore STRW Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Legal name, registered office and registration number are published on the Contact page and at the bottom of every page of the site.

Products and availability
Pieces are produced in short runs. The availability shown on the site is the real one at the moment you look, and it can run out while you are completing your order.
If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we tell you within one working day and refund the unfulfilled part in full, with nothing withheld.
Prices
Prices are in euro and include any tax that may be due. Shipping is shown separately and is calculated at checkout, based on the destination country.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and clearance fees are not included in the price and are collected from the recipient by the courier on delivery.
Formation of the contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch: only from that moment are we bound to deliver those pieces at that price.
The order summary is sent to the email address you provided. Keep it: it holds the order number, which is needed for every later exchange.
Payment methods
We accept bank transfer everywhere we ship, and cash on delivery for deliveries in Italy. Cash on delivery carries a surcharge for the collection service, shown at checkout before you confirm.
With bank transfer the details reach you by email right after the order and dispatch happens once the payment clears. If no payment arrives within seven days, the order is cancelled and the quantities go back on sale.
Delivery
Orders are prepared within one working day of payment being confirmed. The delivery times shown on the Shipping and returns page are courier estimates, not contractual terms.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you nominated other than the courier, takes physical possession of the parcel.
Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason. The deadline, the procedure and the exclusions are set out in full on the dedicated right of withdrawal page.
Conformity of goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, match the published description and be fit for their intended purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund.
If the fault appears within thirty days of delivery, you can ask for a full refund straight away. Beyond that we first offer a replacement, and a refund where a replacement is not possible.
Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by the law of England and Wales. If you habitually reside in another country, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules in force where you live.
