As a rule, no. We produce in short runs and do not restock, so when a size is gone it is gone. If we decide to make a piece again we announce it, and whoever left their email on the sold out size hears first.

Every timed collection has an exact date and hour, shown on the collection page with a countdown. Anyone signed up for alerts gets an email shortly before and when it opens.

Yes. An account is optional and only serves to keep your order history and to open returns on your own. Buying as a guest you still get every email, and you can open a return by writing to us.

By credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, which splits the amount into three interest free instalments. Otherwise by bank transfer everywhere we ship, or by cash on delivery if the address is in Italy. With bank transfer the details arrive by email right after the order. With cash on delivery you pay the courier in cash, with a small surcharge for the collection service.

Seven euro in Italy, free over one hundred and fifty euro. Fifteen euro in the European Union, twenty nine in the rest of the world. Outside the European Union duties are paid by the recipient, and we say so at checkout too.

Fourteen days from delivery, with no need to give a reason. The piece must come back intact, unwashed, with the tags attached. Footwear must be tried on a clean surface.

It depends on the piece, and every product page states the fit. In general hoodies and tees are cut wide, trousers are a regular fit, and our footwear last runs fairly narrow. The size guide has the real measurements of every piece.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Outside the European Union it takes five to twelve working days, and duties and clearance are paid by the recipient.
